Transaction handler: All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
Payment methods: Your selected payment method on Google Play will be charged immediately.
One-time purchase: Provides permanent access to the unlocked premium features.
Price changes: Future updates or sales will not affect your completed purchase.

Google Play Policy: Standard refunds are governed by the Google Play Refund Policy.
Direct requests: Refund requests must be submitted directly through your Google Play account.
Digital content rule: Access to digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Finality: Except as required by local consumer law, all purchases are final.

User responsibility: You fly entirely at your own risk and peril.
Visual line of sight: You must maintain a safe visual line of sight (VLOS).
Spotter requirement: A second person (spotter) is highly recommended during Cardboard FPV use.
Local regulations: You must comply with all local aviation laws (e.g., FAA, EASA).
Hardware failure: We are not liable for app crashes causing drone damage.
Signal loss: Cardboard VR usage can limit your situational awareness during flights.

Third-party hardware: This app requires a compatible DJI drone and a VR Cardboard.
No affiliation: We are not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by DJI.
Device performance: Smooth FPV performance depends heavily on your smartphone’s hardware.
Future compatibility: Updates by DJI or Android may impact app functionality later.

License rights: We reserve the right to modify premium features with updates.
Abuse policy: Violation of these terms may result in access revocation.
